Hamblen Urology Clinic Welcomes Andrew Horowitz, MD
December 2025 – Covenant Health and Covenant Medical Group are pleased to welcome Andrew Horowitz, MD, to Hamblen Urology Clinic. He specializes in urology and has experience in a variety of areas, including general urology, genitourinary stones and cancers, female pelvic surgery, infertility and more.
Dr. Horowitz earned his medical degree from Brown Medical School in Providence, Rhode Island. He completed his urology residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He also holds a post-baccalaureate degree from Columbia University in New York, New York, and bachelor’s degrees in marketing and management from Johnson and Wales University in Providence.
Dr. Horowitz is board-certified by the American Board of Urology.
