Covenant Health Announces System Director of Pharmacy

Covenant Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Reddick as system director of pharmacy. In this role, Reddick will lead pharmacy services across Covenant Health’s acute care facilities. He will ensure excellence in quality, safety, regulatory compliance and operational performance. 

Reddick brings years of experience in pharmacy leadership and has a strong track record of delivering mission-driven results. He has served in pharmacy leadership roles across Covenant Health for more than a decade. For the past several years, he worked at Parkwest Medical Center. Previously, he served as director of pharmacy and a clinical pharmacist at Covenant Health Roane. 

Throughout his career, Reddick has been recognized for his commitment to innovation, financial stewardship and safety. He is a two-time President’s Excellence Award winner. He is builds collaborative teams and drives improvements that support both patient outcomes and provider experience.

A native of Oak Ridge, Reddick is passionate about serving the communities of East Tennessee and supporting pharmacy teams in their essential work throughout Covenant Health.
