"Both poor posture and scoliosis, an abnormal curvature of the spine, cause excessive stresses on the bones, ligaments and muscles that make up our back and neck," said Methodist Therapy manager Chris Molnar, P.T. "Early detection and intervention of these stresses are key to ensuring good back health for life. Through education, specific exercise techniques and proper posture, potential problems can be avoided or their impact decreased."
