On Mondays and Wednesdays the pace is moderate to advanced with shows using step aerobics, Circuit Training or low/high aerobic moves. Tuesday and Thursday's classes are geared for our Forever Young population. Seniors, beginners, or even wheelchair participants can join in with chair exercises to benefit your heart, flexibility, balance, and strength. Local seniors and instructors appear with me and so far we have gotten great feedback from viewers:

I hope this show serves to motivate people to do what they can to become more active and to try fun fitness activities (Hallerin Hill, host of WNOX Hallerin Hill show has appeared on the show and feels like his life has gained more quality and overall health by committing to an exercise routine last year. His segment featured different cardiovascular exercises including riding a stationary bike).
