This all-day conference will be held at the downtown Knoxville Marriott on Friday, May 7. Separate sessions for health care professionals and the public will focus on the importance of early stroke treatment as well as various components of dealing with the aftermath of stoke. Marilyn M. Rymer, MD, medial director of the stroke program at Saint Luke’s Hospital in St. Louis, Mo., will be the featured speaker for both professional and public sessions.
