Happy Holidays!

Covenant Behavioral Health is pleased to present the newly revised Holiday Survival Handbook. Over the years, we have accumulated a great deal of knowledge about the special problems that can occur during the holidays. The 1997 Holiday Survival Handbook is loaded with information to help you survive the busiest season of the year.

In this year's handbook we've included common pitfalls of Christmas, tips on how to successfully do more than just "get through" the holidays, as well as articles on Seasonal Affective Disorder, depression, family issues, and setting realistic New Year's resolutions.

Since the holidays are often crowded with dinners and parties, both at home and at work, we've outlined information for party-goers and party-givers. We also have some tips on staying fit during the holidays, along with recipes for non-alcoholic drinks and low fat/calorie snacks.

On behalf of the entire staff of Covenant Behavioral Health, I wish you and yours a safe and happy holiday season.

Best holiday wishes,

John D. Milner
