Covenant Health is proud to be the official Health & Fitness Sponsor of the Dogwood Arts Festival. It’s an ideal time to promote fitness in the community. From walks and runs to hikes and bike rides, there are many ways to be happily fit and active as you enjoy our famous festival. This year’s events include Dogwood Trail bike rides, community health screenings and one mile footraces. All of the events are open to the public and many are free.
Dogwood Walking Trails
Celebrate spring with an invigorating walk on a Dogwood Walking Trail. The trails offer miles of walking and jogging paths through some of our most scenic gardens, neighborhoods, landscapes and natural woodlands. Each is unique in its own way but all promise spectacular blooms and dogwood trees.
