PLEASE NOTE: There was a misprint in the Cariten member newsletter that indicated that the West Town Mall event date is April 12, 2008. This is incorrect and, since the West Town Mall Health Check event already took place on April 2, we apologize for any inconvenience.
Discounted Lab Work Available:
Chemistry Profile (which includes: lipid panel, total protein etc.) is available for $20; 12-hour fasting is recommended. (Note: All regular medications should be taken. Individuals with diabetes should consult with their physicians prior to fasting.)

Take I-40 (East/West) to the West Hills exit. Turn left onto Kingston Pike, follow to the first traffic light at Morrell Road. Turn right onto Morrell Road and follow to either the first or second traffic light, turning right into the mall parking lot. Enter through the mall entrance next to Ruby Tuesday's restaurant. Once inside the mall, turn left into the main mall hallway, the amphitheater is straight ahead.

Mills Park Rd.; Gatlinburg (behind Gatlinburg-Pittman High School)
Take 1-40 East to Exit 407 (Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg). You will drive ~ 6 miles and will enter Sevierville. Follow U.S. 441 South through Sevierville and Pigeon Forge to Gatlinburg. Turn left onto U.S. 321 at traffic light #3. Continue ~ 5 miles to the Gatlinburg-Pittman High School sign on your left. Turn left at the sign toward the high school and proceed up the hill beside the high school to the Community Center.
**This site will be held on a school day so another way to get to the center is to continue to U.S. 321 past the Gatlinburg-Pittman High School sign ~ ½ mile. Turn left onto Mills Park Road. (next to Proffit's Grocery). Continue ~ ½ mile on Mills Park Rd. to the Community Center sign, and take the driveway on the left up the hill to the center.**

Take I-40/I-75 South toward Chattanooga. Take Exit 81 (Lenoir City/Oak Ridge) Go left on 95/321 until you cross Fort Loudon Dam. Take the first right past the dam onto Tellico Parkway. Go approximately 7.5 miles, Turn left at the Yacht Club sign onto Sequoyah Drive. Follow the road to the Yacht Club Sign reads: Chota Shores Tanasi Shores Yacht Club.

4604 Chapman Highway; Knoxville Take I-40 East to the South Henley Street exit (#388). Take the US-441 South ramp toward Henley Street/University of Tennessee (left lane). Merge onto Henley Street, which becomes Chapman Highway upon crossing the bridge. Continue for ~3 miles and turn left onto Fronda Lane, beside Food City.

Take I-640 to the Broadway exit. Turn left (North) onto Broadway and follow until it becomes Hwy. 33 into Halls, you will then go through six traffic lights and continue ~ ¼ mile past Wal-Mart shopping center (on the left) to CUMC on the left.
