Hiking is a great form of exercise and a terrific way to cross-train for the Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon. Join Ryan Baxter at Blue Ridge Mountain Sports and me for a special seminar on Day Hiking Basics. We'll offer the class on two dates, March 16 and March 23, each starting at 6:30 p.m.
