Covenant Health delivers quality care in local settings, with services designed to meet the needs of our communities.

Seven acute care hospitals located in Knoxville and surrounding areas comprise the foundation of the health system. The hospitals offer comprehensive care provided by board-certified medical staffs, including emergency care, specialty services, and a full range of diagnostics and treatment.

When specialty care is needed, Covenant Health provides:
  • Innovative cancer care and technologies to deliver radiation therapy and other cancer treatment at facilities affiliated with Thompson Cancer Survival Center in Knox and surrounding counties.

  • Nationally recognized care for patients suffering from physical disabilities, stroke and traumatic brain injury at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center and the Patricia Neal Rehabilitation Center.

  • Rehabilitation services including physical therapy, speech therapy, sports medicine, and specialized therapy such as hand therapy and vestibular (balance) rehabilitation are offered at a dozen Covenant Therapy Centers locations.
