The seventh annual Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon saw more than 6,500 participants running through the streets of neighborhoods and picturesque greenways. Mother nature fully cooperated providing early blooming dogwoods and tulips as well as picture perfect weather. |
Covenant Health President and CEO Tony Spezia said the sponsorship of the marathon is part of the organization's commitment to a healthy community.
